generating abilities is done with the standard array method-16, 14, 13, 12, 11, 10, or the 22 point buy system. which ever you prefer. place theses scores where you like.
alignment is neutral alignment until your characters actions prove otherwise.
deities can be chosen here http://www.obsidianportal.com/campaign/stonewynd/wikis/deities . or your character can choose to follow them self.
pcs start at 1st level. unless DM xp is used.
any of the classes from the players handbook 1, 2, or 3 may be used.
any of the races from the players handbook 1, 2, or 3 may be used.
any of the feats from the players handbook 1, 2, or 3 may be used.
any of the classes, races, or feats from the EberrOn, or Forgotten Realms players guide may be used.
any of the classes, races, or feats from D&D insider may be used.
staring gear is basic clothing and 100 gold pieces.
any mundane weapons, armor and, items may be purchased form the players handbook 1, 2, or 3 may be used.
all magic items must be purchased in game.
classes with the arcane power source can only gain arcane rituals by leveling up.
classes with the divine power source can only gain heal or religion rituals by leveling up.
classes with the primal power source can only gain nature rituals by leveling up.
other classes must choose arcane, divine, or primal power sources when they choose the ritual caster feat.
you must have any written material with you when you use what feat or ability(if you use a power from the arcane power 2 for example you need a print out of that power, the power card corresponding to that power, or the arcane power book with you).
